Alex looked at the both of them and nodded toward the kitchen "Why don't we
all have some hot chocolate and talk in the kitchen. Kat, remember to wear
your house shoes the.." she paused and saw the necklace around the girl's
neck, blinked and then continued "next time."
Good, Kat thought, at least Alex wasn't forcing her to go back to bed like
some people. "I will," she promised. Kat noticed her friend staring at the
necklace. "Isn't it pretty, Julia gave it to me."
Cocoa sound really good and she scurried off to the kitchen climbing up on
one of the bar stools at the island.
