Ria carefully crept up the stairs hoping Philip would be awake.
She vaguely remembered where his room was and she sorely
needed to talk. Derek was too close, like an uncle, Nick,
a rambunctious brother, and Rachel and Kat appeared to
have their hands full with the newest development in the Legacy.

She pulled her robe tighter and tentatively rapped on Philip's
door actually hoping he was not there or was asleep. Then,
she would not have to explain herself or the strange feelings
she had for the priest. They were not sisterly or friendly, but
something more.
