She was right. Julia looked at the others and then back at Kat before
turning around "Come on kiddo.. we're going to stop them from fighting. I
don't want you to go away either."
And she didn't. Rachel wanted out, Derek and the others wanted to protect
them.
"I'll do my best." she promised as she lowered herself enough for Kat to hop
onto her back. And she would. Hopefully the others would stop arguing if
they saw how upset it made Kat -- especially considering all of their
reasons for doing so in the first place was to keep her safe.
They just had to be reminded that they were all on the same side.
Kat climbed on her back hugging Julia's neck tightly. She wasn't too sure

she was carried back outside. The little girl looked at her mother and
Derek and Lani, who looked like she might hit someone any minute. And Nick,
who also looked pretty mad. She just wanted to run and hide from them all.
Kat heard the last little bit of conversation. "I don't want to go to the
hospital, it's boring there," she interjected and then hid her face in
Julia's shoulder ready for Rachel to yell at her again about democracies.
