> Nick knew exactly how she felt about going back but sticking around this
place was not safe. This was defiantly not the time to start dropping hints
about the secret. He glanced over at Rachel to see her reaction to what Alex
was saying. She looked confused, who wouldn't? He gave Rach a 'we'll be
back' look (if there is one of those! lol) then lead Alex into a different
part of the house. "I know you're tired of the secrets and I know its hard
to keep it from everyone but right now is defiantly not the time to be
dropping hints or telling anyone."

Alex
I nodded, "I'm sorry, it's just getting harder all the time. And now...I
hate lying to the people I care about." I looked up at him and smiled,
"maybe we've reached the time to quit hiding." I knew that this wasn't the
right time to be having this conversation, things had been going well up
until now.

Rachel
Oddness was certainly the rule of the day, I slumped back into my chair
with a deep sigh. As I started to relax I heard a noise behind me, I turned
but all I saw was white light as I was struck from behind.
