I tried to think clearly, "that's a tough one," I replied finally. "I get
called in to consult on a number of difficult cases...prisoners, inpatients,
the extreme cases as well as my regular clientele. It would be difficult to
determine exact numbers..." I frowned, "I'm not giving a very optimistic
image of my profession am I?" I said with a slight smile. "There are
frequently suicides, as well as patients with advanced mental conditions who
don't make it...nothing specific springs to mind though...I'm sorry...I'm
really not being a lot of help."
