Derek sat up a bit straighter.  The tone in his friends voice worried him.

Derek nearly choked on his drink when Milo said this.  "A father?"  That had
to be one of the strangest concepts he'd ever heard.  He just couldn't
imagine Milo being someone's father.  Of course, he never thought he see his
friend in the condition he was in either.  It just wasn't in his usual
nature.  Outraged indignation, frivolity even occassion bouts or down right
anger, but Melancholy.  That was most unusual.  "Milo are you certain about
this?"
