He frowned because that wasn't the only place he sensed Kat -- but
it was
her life force and the crucifix he was sensing "Kit Kat? Why are you here?"
Her form hadn't solidified yet so they couldn't see her. But now that
Patrick had focused on her, Julia was able to better sense her as well and
was even more confused than before. Neither of them could sense Kat injured
or in a physical trauma that would have her where she was now.
"Patrick?" Julia started to ask him if he knew what was going on but he was
already shaking his head, as perplexed as she was.
Kat was estatic, "I came to visit you," she said exuberantly. "Isn't it
neat?" She could hardly contain her excitement.
