When Alex asked if they wanted to ride over with her his response was
simple, "what are you driving? I doubt the five
us can can all fit in Nick's car." He did manage to get one of the papers
signed.
Alex cleared her throat and grinned "Nick's car. I was talking about
following in yours, Derek."
She watched them, not really wanting to sit back down and keeping her place
before looking at Julia and asking curiously "What are you doing for a
vehicle anyway? I mean unfreezing your assets had to be easy with the way
the Legacy has it set up that the monies revert to a branch account for
whoever inherits it."
But try telling a car dealer you want to buy a car and use a social security
number that was reported as being owned by a deceased person....
"And remember you owe me a shopping spree." She added before shaking her
head in mock sympathy "Catalog shopping... you poor thing."
