OM:

They had been shown to the lab and were starting the integrity exam, to make sure the artifact could make a plane trip to San Francisco where they could take it to examine in their own 'yard' and with a security system and measures the Legacy Members from the US felt more comfortable with. At least Philip did and suspected Kristen would as well.
So far the artifact was holding up.
"We should make copies o' th' markins an' forward them to the House." Philip suggested "An; get thi' and us ou' o' here as soon as possible."

Especially if the rate of concern the couple was showing was anything to go by.

Kristen rubbed her eyes and stretched a little; it had been way too long since she'd had a good night's sleep.  Thankfully tests with the artifact were going well-Philip was right, they needed to get out of here.

"You're right, Philip.  Let's finish these preliminary tests so we can all get on the next plane back to the States-I don't mind admitting that I'll be a lot happier when we're out of Egypt, and I don't think I'm the only one,"  throwing a glance at Claire and Brady.  Taking another look at the artifact, she made a quick estimate at how much longer they'd be; glancing again at the couple, she noticed how nervous they were.  Thinking that having something to do might help them relax a bit she gave them a small smile.  "How do you guys feel about getting right out of Egypt?  We've almost got the tests done to make sure how we can transport this thing, and I for one would love to be back in America while we fiddle with this...If you don't mind, would you call the airport and see when the next available flight to San Fransisco is?  With.."  Kristen looked back at Philip, "Four seats?"  It sounded like Philip wanted to see th! is thing to wherever it led, and it made Kristen feel better to know that he'd be with them; they'd been through some tough times together...Kristen bit back that thought before memories of her father and brother could surface...she just felt better knowing Philip would be there.
