She was rubbing her forehead and trying to figure out a way to get the others from the House there and remembered her call from earlier this morning.
"And Julia is going to be here.." she looked at the mantel and the time it showed "In the next few minutes." She looked at Kristen "That should get you in contact with the others at the house without risking a trace. And I am sorry but... I can't take a chance with my friends' lives. I'm sure you can understand that."Kristen:
She nodded, taking a deep breath to gain control over her frustration. She honestly did understand Reese's concern for her friends, but Kristen wasn't so sure that this was the right action; she couldn't believe that they were more secure than at the House. Speaking of which, Reese had said that Julia's arrival would be the way Kristen could get in touch with her friends...but who was Julia? Frowning, she knew she'd heard that name before-of course! In Egypt...something about a Julia-someone returning; and Philip had looked shocked.
Glancing over at Philip, who seemed lost in thought, Kristen wished there was some way she could ask him what Julia's connection to the House was. While Reese's display of pyrotechnics had been interesting, Kristen had seen 'interesting' things before, and no one had mentioned the Legacy-or even the Luna Foundation, so she couldn't be sure that the others knew anything. Hoping Philip had caught what Reese had said, she slowly walked over to him.
