Heat permeated from her wrists, surrounding the shackles that had her locked
up, and it wasn't until they fell from her and clanked to the floor that she
even realized it had happened and she looked back at her friend.

She went over and looked at the chains. She couldn't heat up the shackles
themselves and so put her hands on the chains directly behind it.

"Sorry if it gets hot." she apologized before breaking the chains that held
Sam.

But now what?

Sam:
"Reese! Thank God, you scared me to death!" Sam was happy just to see her
friend moving around. The fact taht she freed them both was only a bonus.
The heat was searing and Sam's skin felt hot, but not burnt. "We got the
Hell out of here," she told Reese, "if we can figure out where out is."
