Derek was inspecting the damage to his arm in the mirror when Julis entered
the room.  It wasn't as bad as he thought, of it wasn't a good as he hoped
either.  He turned towards her with a slight smile.  "Thank you," he said
and moved over to her.  He put both hands on he shoulders and looked down
into her eyes, now the distress there was clear to him.  His head had
cleared some.  "Hey, what's wrong?"  He put his arms around her hugging her
closely and kissing the top of her head.
