Milo nodded as Sam left. He turned to Mari, a saddned look on his face. "I'm
so sorry... Are you hurt? What happened?" He asked her.

Reese rolled over and pointed to the spot "Lay down.. you look as bad as I
do."

"I barbqued another vampire, mel'd a lock on a ironnn door.." she listed
things she had done since Julia found them up til now in the same slurred
voice that was simply her fighting sleep "got dunked ina tub for a few
hours.. and here.  You?"
