"Mmmmmm, surprise me." Kristin smiled as she leaned on the counter,
being careful not to disturb anything. She was somewhat amazed at the
amount of work Jonathan had had time to get done considering the short
notice of the wedding. Then again, she'd never even heard of Jonathan
being at a loss.
"If nobody catches us now, we might even be able to get ice cream
again after dinner...if we have room, of course."
He took out the ice cream and the dishes needed to eat it before serving
them some. Then, putting the container back into the freezer he brought the
bowls over to where she was sitting.
He heard noises from the formal dining room and took a bite before pointing
behind him with his spoon "Want to go get some cake or hang out here?"
