"Oh I'm not worried," Derek assured her with a confident smile.  As he rose
to his feet and followed her to the table he posed a question.

"So, did you parents know you were hanging around pool halls?"

Julia chuckled and went to go pick out a cue stick, looking over her
shoulder at him "I didn't say I hung out in them, just that I knew how to
play it."

She then slipped her shawl off and draped it over a chair, going to the
table to chalk the tip "Rack 'em up, Mister Rayne."
