Reese's gaze went to her father's and something flickered
there but then she winced in pain as her Aunt's presence started to attack
hers.
She was gasping with pain and trying to fight the
influence as her vision began to darken.
"Momm...." she whispered before her head fell forward
limply.
Suddenly, the wind picked up and a form started to glow
near Milo, and a woman can been seen "NO."
"I told you then," Sara said, moving toward her daughter
and looking at the form above "You will not have her."
The Aunt moved her hand toward the other being and a light
passed between them. Between them because Sara knew what was happening and
met the attack.
"Leave...... my...... daughter.............. alone!"
Sara growled with the determination only a mother could feel in protecting her
child. An extra bright burst of light lanced out and hit the Aunt hard in
the center of her chest.
Reese fell limply to the ground and Sara took a staggering
step back, having used her powers all she could. She looked between Milo
and Reese, so much left unsaid but clear in her gaze as she told Milo "Have her
burn this place. It is the only way to save our daughter."
And then she was gone, the Aunt still there but weakened,
Reese and Philip, the hold on them gone, now on the ground, and the others
nearby.
