While the tribunal stood in recess, Sloan retired to the spare office,
closing the door behind him.  He had been gone from the Legacy headquarters

in London for too long, and he needed to check on things going on there.


He quietly logged on to the Legacy net and started reading the variety
of
messages left for him.  Sometimes he felt like a parent to more than just

his own three children.  He quietly smiled at the thought.



The Legacy guardian knocked softly.

"Enter," Sloan replied without looking up from his work.

"Mr. Sloan, sir.  I believe they've reached a decision."

"Thank you.  I be there shortly."

Sloan closed up his computer connection, rose and strode down the hallway
to the tribunal room, barely pausing to acknowledge the members of the
San Francsico house as he passed them.

As he entered, "Well, I understand you may have made a decision?"
