Amber turned to face whatever it was that had caught
Derek and Nick's attention. The form before her was
stunning, but seemed distressed somehow, and something
suddenly occured to Amber; she didn't feel anything.
This meant that whatever, or whoever this was that had
entered the control room without being cleared through
security first, it wasn't a spirit. She was alive.
