Nick watched them go in with Jane and secured the chopper's helicopter.  Once done he went around to the back and took out his cell phone to call and check in with Derek, opening the back hatch to take out the bags.  He took the bags out with one hand and held the phone in the other, waiting for Derek to pick up on the other end.
