Derek pulled into a parking garage in the theater district and found a spot.

"I've gotten much better at it since then," he told her confidently.  "I've
had Kat to contend with for the last few years."

And that was when it hit her.  There was still that present she had hidden
in her old closet, in the wall....

He got out and walked around the car opening the door and helping Julia out.
Then, placing her hand in the crook of his arm, he led her out into the
evening air and down the street to the home of the San Francisco Ballet.  A
marquis above the door read Swan Lake.

"So one of the traditions went on, hmm?" she asked as she walked with him,
wondering what he'd say if she were able to find it there.

Her eyes lit up at seeing what was showing and she smiled softly as they
were met at the door and escorted to their seats.

"How did you manage this?" she whispered as they sat, the curtain about to
go up.
