"Sure," Kat shouted back and jumped up from the table where she was drawing in the library. She came to a skidding halt beside Julia and grinned at her.
"I hope my mom'll let me watch long enough to see a whole thing," she commented as they started down stairs. "Well," Julia suggested as they went down to the kitchen "Why don't you camp out in Nick's room? He's gone for the night and has a tv there. You just have to promise not to watch R rated movies that you know you're not supposed to." She moved to the counter and poured Derek a carraff of coffee and retrieved one of the mugs he usually used. For some reason it was then that she realized she was still in her dress and had no idea where her shoes were. And she had to clean the mess in the hall. She went to the cleaning closet and got out the supplies "Fix yourself up with snacks and then we'll head back up when I'm done cleaning that mess."
