Amber nodded thoughtfully "I sort of remember, I was
pretty out of it." Then she looked up at Kristin,
"Leaving already?" Amber gave Kristin a mock pout
before adding, "Guess we'll just have to do our
catching up when I get to San Fransisco. That is, if
they'll still have me after this whole fiasco."
Kristin chuckled softly. "I don't really see why they wouldn't...as
long as it's what you want." She leaned over and gave Amber a small
hug.
"Just get better quickly, so you can come out to us; you'll love it."
Standing up, Kristin smiled. "I should go now though. Nick is
probably anxious to get back, and I have to check my room-make sure I
didn't leave anything behind..."
Pausing at the door, she turned. "Hurry and get better--I'll be
expecting you soon."
