Nick finished helping Sloan and shook his head as he
left the kitchen, Sloan following and each man going
to their own rooms to pack.

Sloan was finished first and met Nick out in the hall.

"I'll put our bags into the helicopter." the London
Precept said dryly, a bruise obvious on his jaw from
where Derek had hit him "You let Derek know we're
ready."

Nick nodded and headed toward the third floor and the
main bedroom, knocking twice.

"Time to fly, Boss." he said by way of letting them
know who it was and that he was there to let them know
what time it was "I'll stick the boxes into the
chopper and be ready to take off in fifteen."

Sloan put the bags in the chopper and then turned to
look at the House, only to shake his head slowly at
what had happened earlier. Funny thing was, Sloan
admitted to himself, he probably would have done the
same thing if someone had accused him of not caring
about Patricia. Even if that wasn't what Sloan was
saying the first place, it was how Derek had taken
what he said.

"The day we're on the same page," he half whispered
humorously to himself "They'll have to call the
Guiness Book of World Records."
