I'm working with a project that is focused in settopboxes, our first
settopboxes were using webkit, and so we start to use Polymer because is a
awesome project.

But then our boss bring us new settopobxes that are using Opera 12 as their
browser... And there is my motivation to polyfill polymer for Opera 12
browser.

I've already make some changes in CustomElements that add support to Opera
12, and make a pull request in github, please take a look at this
issue https://github.com/Polymer/polymer/issues/411 there is a link to the
pull requests for polymer-dev projects.

There is another thing, polymer uses requestFrameAnimation, and that
feature doesn't exists in the Opera, so I used another shim with setTimeout
to make it work as expected. But I don't know where is the best place to
add it in Polymer-project, so I just shared the source-code and I hope
someone help me to find the best place to add this shim when the feature
isn't detected.

Then I worked on HTMLImports, and found some issues with wrappers and then
with loader, but both are fixed and it's working good. There is a pull
request for that too.

I will start to working in TemplateBinding today, I hope that project team
take a look on that stuff, if someone could help me I will enjoy a lot.
