Hey Mike,

You should only need to run bower install and then fire up a local server. 
But it looks like lib/components.html is trying to import a bunch of 
elements that no longer exist. I'd recommend you try to use the designer 
instead: https://github.com/PolymerLabs/designer It's basically the same 
tool but more up to date.
