I've published the Padlock app to the Chrome Web
Store:
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/padlock/npkoefjfcjbknoeadfkbcdpbapaamcif

Its not public yet (you can only see it if you have the link) and I would
really appreciate if some of you could give it a test run and give me some
feedback before I make it public!

I'm also working on an iOS and Android version and I even wrote a simple
web service for synchronizing data between multiple devices (all of it open
source, of course). I'm very happy with how the app is turning out and
although I've already spent much more time on this little pet project than
I originally planned I will continue to work on it in my spare time. The
app is already functional and stable enough for me to confidently use it
for my own purposes and who knows, perhaps a few others will find it
useful, too!

I'll continue to post my progress here. If I'm boring you, feel free to
stop me any time ;)
