Hm this might be the issue.<https://github.com/PolymerLabs/polymer-animation/blob/master/polymer-animation.html#L223> polymer-ui-dropdown relies on polymer-animation which is calling an outdated bit of Web Animations. Yvonne should we update polymer-animation?
