Is there a way to publish read-only properties on polymer elements?
Currently, I'm bashing over the generated setter
via getOwnPropertyDescriptor/defineProperty. That's pretty awkward, and
it's not clear to me whether it might cause issues with binding. I suspect
I'm missing something? :P
(If not, what do you folk think about a {readonly: } flag on property
descriptors? I'd be willing to whip up a patch for that.)
