Hi Clayton, I did something like this for Dart called behaviors (it's
hosted at https://github.com/justinfagnani/behaviors.dart )

Unless I'm missing something your example doesn't use mutation observers so
it won't be able to attach mixins to newly created elements. Is there some
other mechanism for handling that?
