Hmm, the link that Eric gave for core-drawer-panel <https://github.com/Polymer/core-drawer-panel/blob/master/core-drawer-panel.html#L76> is definitely the value (640px) at which it performs the responsive toggle between narrow/wide modes.
When playing with the responsiveWidth for your custom element <view-source:http://parkourt.free.fr//CV/elements/core-wholepage.html>, it *seems* to be working <http://youtu.be/Dd2lDO_y6Fo> for values under 980px.
