Hi Vikram, Take a look at the Yeoman Generator for Polymer <https://github.com/yeoman/generator-polymer>, it will create a project for you that uses LiveReload <http://livereload.com/> to refresh the page for you. One thing to keep in mind is that HTML Imports can be heavily cached by the browser so sometimes you might need to open up the devtools to clear the cache to see your changes.
