Start a fresh terminal (or Ctrl+D to quit out of the python interpreter), then:
cd C:\Users\Pablo Oyarzo\Documents\Sublime Text\Polymer python -m SimpleHTTPServer 8000 Open http://localhost:8000 in your browser.
