The tendency for osx/linux devs to suggest Python or Node as server
components leads the Windows user to the command-line more abruptly than is
likely necessary.

An Apache installer package (my suggestion, there are numerous other
turn-key setups), notepad, and a web browser are all that's necessary for
the n00b to start on web development.
