`webcomponents.js` is a newer version of `platform.js`. Never load both, just use `webcomponents.js`.
The message you are getting is a Warning (not an Error) and Firefox is the only browser that emits this warning (to my knowledge). Sadly, there is no way to avoid the message, because Custom Elements polyfill must manipulate prototypes to do it's work. The message is annoying but harmless.
