Templates that are used to create custom elements can contain bindings. There will also be some support for nesting templates, but it doesn't exist yet.
In the meantime, it's perfectly reasonable to load `TemplateBinding.js` and stamp the template manually. There will be examples for this, but we're not quite there yet.
