At the moment there's no standalone linter (unfortunately). There is a bookmarklet which will check if there are tags that are missing imports, you can find it in this article ( https://www.polymer-project.org/docs/polymer/debugging.html). We're also planning a dev tools extension to help with some of these debugging issues
