We're working on ways to solve problems with imports and es6 modules so the
two can live in harmony. There are benefits to both solutions and obvious
cons. There are also new technologies like Service Worker which may make
the whole CDN issue less of a head ache. Anyway, don't get discouraged,
we're making progress :)
