It's possible, but fiddly. I haven't pushed it hard, but what I did with 
start with a basic ASP.NET site and just copy in the polymer elements. 
Worked fine with Razor syntax. 

It's conceptually a bit odd though, since the paradigms are so 
different--combining server-side and client-side widgets--but if you can 
wrap your head around that, it certainly seems do-able.
