Is there a way to increase the radius of the paper-ripple? I've been trying to
increase the radius of the ripple from paper-icon-button to make it look a
little bit more like the one in native Lollipop apps, which extends past the
icon and beyond the bounds of the toolbar, but the best I've managed is:

paper-ripple {
    width: calc(100% * 2);
    height: calc(100% * 2);
    transform: translate(-25%, -25%);
}

...or something along those lines. The problem is its obviously a hack and off
by a few pixels because of bad maths. Is there a better way to increase the
size from the centre?

PS. transform: scale() doesn't work.
