Thanks Daniel! https://github.com/othree/html5.vim looks more complete than
my fix since it also works for syntax highlighting.

Too bad I couldn't find this before. Any thoughts on adding suggestions for
editor configurations to the "Guides & Resources" section of
polymer-project.org?
