Yea, we just updated the docs so the version is more explicit. However, just note that `bower install --save Polymer/polymer#^1.0.0 should get you 1.1.0 (or the latest of the 1.1.* release. Notice the "^". Leaving that out will get you an exact version. In your case, "1.0.0".
