Thanks a lot for the help, yeah, after some research and with the help of your replies I will stick with Polymer 1.0. 1.0 have all the nice tooling like Polymer CLI that for sure will help me in order to start my project, also the use of the 1.0 Polyfills will allow me to have a better browsers support and for sure I will start to play with the Hybrid Mode and do some 2.0 elements but I think the best choice is to have the base for the project with 1.0
