You should consider creating lazy loaded vulcanized bundles. Polymer CLI
can do this for you.

It also looks like your elements.html carries a bunch of locales for
moment.js. That is adding a lot of weight to your import bundle. I'd
suggest only loading what you need give the user's
document.documentElement.lang.
