It was a bug in the calculation of the time zone offset. It works it out by taking the difference between UTC and local time that applied/applies at the particular time but it failed to take account of a change of day. Now fixed in SVN. Since for half the year UTC and local time are the same here it hadn't shown up before. Thanks for reporting it.
