200 megabits per day = 2600 bits per second.

Each NTP packet is about 600-700 bits with overhead.

So thats 3 or 4 packets a second. Not a big deal, even for a network
connection being supported by a 56kbit analog modem. My pool server
averages 30 or 40 packets (sum of receive and transmit packets) a second.

The high end of NTP traffic would be the NETGEAR misconfiguration bug
that flooded UWM's NTP servers with 250000 packets a second (150 megabits
