the same pattern or if anyone might have an idea about what's going on.

I'm using native IPv6 with PPP myself, and I myself experience packet
loss on IPv6 a lot aswell. Even to servers provided by my own ISP. I
once ran a test with 1000 pings over IPv4 and IPv6 started at the same
time. With IPv4 I had 0 packet loss, with IPv6 it was something like
10%. I think IPv6 paths are still somewhat instable. I think the problem
lies somewhere in Internet Exchanges.
I've run 100 pings on your IPv4 host and one of your IPv6 hosts, started
at the same time, same system.
