There is another workout to ensure shorter response times for normal users. That would be to have round robin CNAME entries for the yu zone which would be directed randomly at either rs.pool.ntp.org or me.pool.ntp.org. Since the latter one doesn't exist (yet), a CNAME to the former one has to suffice. - Svavar
