There's no entry for:

  http://www.pool.ntp.org/scores/198.49.126.27

...so that IP is not currently being vended to users of the NTP pool.

Any machine which has been placed in the pool will continue to get NTP traffic
for years (literally) even after it has been removed, although the majority
of traffic dies away after a month or so.  It's a long-term commitment.
