It took very long for hop 11 and 12, and then finished to the end right

It is just because traceroute waited for the reply with N seconds timeout,
then retried twice.
Three asterisk just means that a router does not issue
ICMP time exceeded messages.

I do know what the asterisks means in traceroute. I do have them on my IPv4 only cable connection, as they are using private IP addresses in their backbone (and I do filter them on my host). But usually it does not take that long, as it has taken to your host. Maybe this is different in IPv6...

Here an other example with duration:

fabian@superman:~ $ time traceroute www.lugs.ch
traceroute to kiva2.lugs.ch (129.132.80.52), 64 hops max, 52 byte packets

And to your IPv6 host (in this run it hung right after the 10 hop, without even starting to display the 11 for much longer then just a few seconds):

The most of this 12+ minutes was used for hop 11 + 12, compared to the above IPv4 traceroute which had 3 hops with asterisks and only 50 seconds, it is quite long...

PS: No need to use "reply all", reply only to the list is perfect, as I do filter e-mails based on the "List-Id" header line.
