I would add that I doubt the HE Tunnel is at issue. I also have an HE v6
tunnel that is listed
in the ntp pool and it is working.

 I will say this...  You need to keep some level of v6 traffic always
flowing over the tunnel or your
v6 route vanishes from the global routing pool. Not sure if its just an
idle tunnel causing it or what,
but once I setup a couple pingv6 cronjobs to a few unwilling participants
like www.google.com,
I insured that my tunnel would always have a minimum level of v6 traffic.
